ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders are processed within 1 day of order confirmation (depending on the shipping method selected at checkout). After an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, please email hello@remysuits.com with your order number.

DELIVERY

After your order is shipped from our warehouse, Yildiz Studio will send you a confirmation email. For details on fees and delivery timeframes, please refer to our shipping guide. 

UAE DELIVERY

Next Day Delivery (Before 12pm) 
For orders placed before 12pm UAE time. 
Premium Packaging		  AED 23
Same Day Delivery (Before 2pm) 
For orders placed before 2pm UAE time. 
Eco-Friendly Packaging		 AED 35


GCC DELIVERY (KSA/QATAR/BAHRAIN/KUWAIT/OMAN) 

 Delivery Between 2 - 3  Working Days  Starting from AED 90


REST OF THE WORLD 

 Delivery Between 3 - 5  Working Days Starting from AED 128


 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY, DUTIES & TAXES

  • International shipments may be subject to custom/import duties upon arrival in the destination country, based on that country's duty and tax regulations 
  • The amount of customs duties and any additional handling fees can differ from one country to another and are typically applied when the order arrives in the destination country
  • Once applied, custom duties and taxes are not refundable
